How Our Appointment System Works

Booking an appointment with Coastmeadowx begins with selecting the service category you require — then choosing a date and time that suits you from our live availability calendar, accessible on this page or by calling +254 712 345678 during business hours. You receive a confirmation by SMS or email within minutes of booking. On the day, please arrive at our Mud Estate Road premises up to five minutes before your slot; we start on time because we respect subsequent clients' schedules as much as yours. If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice so your slot can be offered to someone else. Walk-ins are accommodated when capacity allows, but confirmed bookings are always served first.
