Written Scope Agreement
Before work starts, you hold a document that defines what is included, what is not, the agreed timeline, and the total fee. Ambiguity is removed at the start, not discovered at the end.
Professional Services
Structured delivery, clear communication, and accountability on every project — from first brief to final sign-off.
Concrete steps, defined outcomes, and a team that keeps you informed at every stage.
When you engage Coastmeadowx for a professional service, the first step is a scoping session — either in person at our Mud Estate Road premises or over the phone — where we document exactly what you need, the timeline that suits you, and the constraints we should respect. From that point, you receive a written summary of agreed terms before any work begins. During delivery, we provide progress updates at agreed intervals so you are never left guessing. Fees are quoted in full before commencement; we do not add charges after the fact. Where a project is delayed by factors outside our control — regulatory approvals, third-party suppliers, weather — we communicate immediately and revise the timeline transparently. Our professional services are suited to individuals, micro-businesses, and community organisations in and around Kakamega County.
These are not aspirations — they are the operating standards our team is held to.
Before work starts, you hold a document that defines what is included, what is not, the agreed timeline, and the total fee. Ambiguity is removed at the start, not discovered at the end.
We agree on update frequency during scoping — weekly for longer projects, milestone-based for shorter ones. You will not need to chase us for information.
The figure quoted is the figure invoiced. If scope changes at your request, we issue a written change note and revised quote before proceeding.
We are based in Kakamega and available in person. You can visit our premises during business hours, which is a level of access that remote providers simply cannot match.
Honest limits help both sides avoid wasted time.
Coastmeadowx professional services are well-suited to defined, deliverable-based engagements. We are not currently positioned to handle large-scale construction management, legal representation, or financial auditing — those disciplines require licensed practitioners outside our scope. If your project requires skills or licences we do not hold, we will tell you plainly and, where we can, point you towards accredited providers in Kakamega. We would rather lose an engagement than overcommit and underdeliver.
“Coastmeadowx handled a logistics coordination task for my small business in early 2024. The scope document they sent before starting made everything clear, and the job was completed two days ahead of schedule. I particularly valued that they flagged a supplier delay proactively rather than waiting until it became my problem.”
